I’ve been creating wedding cakes for over 30 years, designing each one to feel personal and completely right for you and your special day.

My love of baking began in my nan’s kitchen, standing on a box just to reach the worktop, learning to make bread from scratch. That early fascination with craftsmanship, detail and flavour has stayed with me ever since—shaping how I work and why I do what I do.

I created my first wedding cake at just 16, and went on to work in some of the world’s finest hotels and Michelin-stared kitchens. That experience formed not only my eye for detail, but my belief that a wedding cake should taste just as beautiful as it looks—from my experience that’s what people talk about and remember.

Since then, I’ve dedicated my career to perfecting both the art and the experience of luxury cake design. Today, I work closely with each couple to understand the finer details of their wedding—translating ideas, style and atmosphere into a cake that feels effortlessly part of the day.

I’ve been voted one of the Top 10 Cake Decorators in the UK and recognised as one of the country’s most innovative bakers, and I’m proud to contribute to the industry as a judge at leading competitions, including Cake International and, most recently, Salon Culinaire.

For me, a wedding cake should do more than simply look beautiful. It should feel personal, and completely at home in its setting—something that draws people in, starts conversations, and becomes a memorable part of your celebration.
